We’re not sure that we buy into that stereotype that men and women are from completely different planets, but this guy’s little experiment certainly made us lol. Reddit user tallguy49 submitted a post asking women for advice on what to do if he ‘magically became a girl tomorrow’ and received an enormous 10,000 responses. In 48 hours. Looks like us girls are pretty keen on dishing out advice.
The man was pretty surprised to see that ‘almost all the comments are about boobs, sex, or being on your period’, but there was some other sage advice in there as well - all of which shows what women freak out about most about our gender. One user wisely told the guy to ‘save your money and buy men's razors. They are just the same, except they're not pink, or scented, which makes them cheaper’, with another adding ‘lol have fun not having pockets!’. Never a truer word was spoken.
But the vast majority of the of advice was all, practicably, about sex and periods. One user, with a flare for understatement, said that ‘you may find it harder to orgasm now’, and other added ‘if your period is late and you're starting to panic, just wear white pants and/or your nicest, most expensive underpants and before you know it you'll have a totally different reason to panic!’ Someone also added that he should ‘always pee after sex and wipe front to back.’ I mean, it’s not exactly ground breaking but no one likes cystitis do they?
But by far our favourite tip came from a user called Machomonica, who wrote: ‘Play with your boobs. Just as fun to play with even when they're your own.’
We know what we’ll be doing with our weekends then…
