Kim Kardashian has spoken out about being pregnant on her website, calling it "the worst experience of my life".
In an attempt to "keep it real" and be candid with her fans, Kim, who is already a mother to two-year-old North West, and is currently pregnant with her second child, wrote about why she didn't enjoy being pregnant at all.
"I'm gonna keep it real: For me, pregnancy is the worst experience of my life! LOL!" she began.
"I don't enjoy one moment of it and I don't understand people who enjoy it."
Kim added that she didn't enjoy pregnancy because of the changes to her body, and the "gross" things that happen when you're pregnant:
"Maybe it's the swelling, the backaches or just the complete mindf**k of how your body expands and nothing fits. I just always feel like I'm not in my own skin." she said.
"People just don't tell you all of the gross things that happen during pregnancy or after. Do you know you basically have to wear a diaper for two months afterwards! LOL! No one told me that! #SoSexy."
The mother also admitted that she lost self-esteem too: "I don't feel sexy, either - I feel insecure and most of the time I just feel gross".
But it wasn't all doom and gloom - Kim said that despite not enjoying the pregnancy, being a mother more than made up for the swelling and feeling a bit off.
"I feel so accomplished when I'm back to where I want to be." she said. "Really, it is all SO worth it when you have your precious baby in the end! So for all my complaining, it's 100 percent worth it and more!!!"

In the end-of-the-episode teaser for the season finale, Kim tells her sister Khloe: "I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!"
Kim has been open about her struggle to conceive for a second time - the couple welcomed North West in June 2013. She said to E! News: "We are trying. We try every single day. You can't try harder than we try. It's getting exhausting. He always says, 'Trying for baby No. 2 isn't as fun as trying to baby No. 1.'"
Kim continued, "But we're literally trying everything that we can to make it happen, so I'm to the point now where it's not as stressful to me. And maybe that's when they say it happens."

This of course granted a Kris Jenner exclamation mark heavy tweet. She wrote on Instagram: "Congratulations!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to meet your new little love bug!!!!! Sooooo happy for you guys!!!!!!!!!!"
