There was mud a-plenty, more short-shorts than the eye can see and one Pharrell Williams. Yep, the Isle of Wight Festival took place this weekend and what a weekend it was.
With Blur, The Prodigy, Jessie Ware, James Bay and Groove Armada also on the line-up, torrential rain couldn't stop us dancing amid the puddles. But it was Pharrell who got the crowd really 'happy' when he hit the main stage for a hour-long rendition of his greatest hits and invited guests from the crowd to join him in a twerk-off.
Okay, so we didn't spot Kate Moss this year but we did sip cider alongside three fifths of the Spice Girls. Foxes and Ella Eyre were also there to entertain us with rousing performances and quirky festival fashion.
The fun culminated on Sunday evening with an astounding performance from folk-rock behemoths, Fleetwood Mac. Stevie Nicks returned to the stage after a 16-year hiatus and had everyone singing along to the band's festival-perfect tracks.
Stepping back on the ferry home, we knew Glastonbury has a lot to live up to.
Didn't bag yourself an IOW ticket? Fret not, we've rounded up the best insider snaps for your viewing pleasure...
Emma Bunton certainly knows how to get the party started. What more do you need than a Baby Spice hip flask?
Jessie Ware made like the rest of us and hopped on the ferry to reach the Isle of Wight...
...while Geri Halliwell chartered a helicopter with her new hubby #casual
Emma Bunton and Jade Jones were utterly adorable dancing around to Pharrell Williams.
Speaking of Pharrell, he won the show after inviting a fabulous older lady onto the stage for some serious booty shaking.
Here's Edith Bowman getting up-close with the man himself jeals
The VIP lounge played host to a mini Spice Girls reunion. Sporty and Baby - aka: Mel C and Emma Bunton - were larking about like it was the '90s, transporting us back to those heady teenage days sigh
Ella Eyre made us fall in love with her all over again (mainly thanks to that awesome jumpsuit).
And James Bay made us all weak at the knees. His romantic crooning lead to an actual proposal in the crowd. N'awww!
Meanwhile, our Josh Newis Smith got his festival face on courtesy of Liz Earle. David Bowie, eat yer heart out.
As for Mel C, she got in the IOW spirit by ditching the tracksuit for some classic festie gear.
And what did we wear? Well, thanks for asking. Here's our Josh representing the Brits the only way he knows how, in a fantabulous poncho and cropped wellies by Hunter. Job's a goodun!
