#HowToConfuseAMillennial Trended And Millennials Were Having None Of It

Over the weekend #HowToConfuseAMillennial started trending on Twitter because, y'know, what are us millennials *like *with our smart phones and debt and limited future prospects. Classic millennials! We don't even know we're born!

The hashtag started out with the standard jokes, like how we don’t know what a landline telephone is (because we have mobiles! lol!)

Or actual real life newspapers (because we read the news online! lol!)

But then, it got a bit snide with comments about our apparent poor communication skills (because we're always online so we can't socialise IRL! lol!)

And our sense of entitlement (because expect to be handed everything on a plate! lol!)

So then, millennials decided that they were having none of it. That, actually, Generation X and all those before them, actually had a lot to answer for...

Like the state of the economy.

The ridiculousness of the judicial system.

Their beef with technology… Which they asked for.

The double standards.

And the irony of creating the hashtag.

So yeah, that didn't quite work out the way it was supposed to.
