If you have no hooks, but still want to hide your electricals, get a decent basket to stuff them in. H&M Home have some cool copper metal baskets, or fabric ones which do a better job of hiding the wires.
If All Else Fails, Cover Them Up In A Cool Way
If you really can't find a way to hide the wires, make a statement out of them by wrapping a rustic twine around them - and letting it snake across the room. Houseplant recommended.
