To be eligible to take the course, you and your business need to meet the following criteria:
Your business must:
Be based in the United Kingdom
Employ between 5 and 249 people
Have been operational for at least one year
Not be a charity
You must:
Be a chief executive, owner/founder, or member of the senior management team
Have at least one direct report
How does it work?
One of the great things about Help to Grow: Management is that it’s been designed so that you can study while you’re still doing your full-time job. It’s a flexible 12-week learning course that allows you to fit studying around your own schedule.
It’s a combination of both online and face-to-face sessions as well as case study workshops, all of which are taught by some of the top business schools across the UK. These workshops are a great way to put the things that you’ve learned in your classes into real-life situations that business leaders face every day.
Not only that, but you’ll also be paired with a mentor, who’ll be there to support your learning, help you apply what you’ve been doing in the classes, and support you to develop your own business growth plan. Each mentor comes with at least five years of relevant experience leading a business, so you know that the guidance they’re giving you comes from their own involvement and understanding.
