As your finals loom, as well as sending elaborate snapshots of you seeing how many items of stationary you can fit on to that guy who's just passed out at a computer at the library, cleaning your bathroom/kitchen until it's spotless and drawing out plans for exactly how to colour code your notes, you've discovered another invaluable procrastination technique – fantasising.

Not only sex fantasies, mind, but the sort of fantasies which involve you not having to do your finals at all. That's what these two girls at the University of Georgia have done, taking it a step further by posting an advert on Craigslist, looking for someone to hit them with a car so that they'd be injured enough to not have to do their finals.

According to Elite Daily, the students' advert reads, 'I am looking for someone to run my friend and I over with their car. We do not want to die, we just want to be injured enough to get out of taking our finals here at UGA. Please do not kill.'

If you've seen the movie Crash (the 1996 David Cronenberg one with James Spader and Rosanna Arquette, all about people who get turned on by, um… car crashes), then you'll know that someone out there might really fantasise about doing this. Just as much as the two girls fantasise about not having to do their finals.

The ad has been flagged by Craigslist users for removal, but we do sort of think it could be a joke, at most another avenue by which the students have decided to procrastinate. Finals aren't that bad, are they? That's why you're reading this site right now, right?
