Residents of Rhydypandy, a quiet village in the Swansea valley, have been left traumatised after local sheep ate cannabis plants and embarked on a ‘psychotic rampage’ through the area.
It’s thought that the farm animals inadvertently got stoned after chowing down on plants that had been fly-tipped on the side of a road in the village by the operators of an illegal cannabis factory.
Local Councillor Ioan Richard told The Daily Mail: 'There is a flock of sheep roaming the village causing a nuisance.'
'They are getting in people's gardens and one even entered a bungalow and left a mess in the bedroom.'
Nothing sheepish about that.
