Is there anything that David Beckham can't do?
According to reports this morning the former footballer is set to try his hand at acting having landed himself a role in his mate Guy Ritchie's new film Knights Of The Roundtable: King Arthur.
Becks is said to be set to star alongside Charlie Hunnam, Eric Bana and Poppy Delevingne in the medival film. According to IMDB David is unofficially credited as being set to play a character called "Blackleg Leader" although this is yet to be confirmed by Ritchie.
Sources told filmdivider.com that there were some football puns written into David's scene.
They added: "There's a little bit of a sense that Beckham's character, who fancies himself as a big player in this story, gets a little ticked off when this other fellow, this upstart, is the one who can free the sword."
David has previously worked with Guy on a short advert for H&M in 2013 and on a commercial for Beckham's Haig Whiskey.
The tattooed hunk is also set to make a cameo in the 'Snatch' director's new film 'The Man From U.N.C.L.E', which is scheduled for release in August.
Of course David isn't the only one in the Beckham family to have made the move to the big screen. In fact we're pretty sure Victoria could give him some tips from her Spice World The Movie days.
