DB, Becks, Golden Balls...David Beckham has been called many things during his time in the spotlight but this weekend he'll be known as birthday boy. That's right, following on from his wife Victoria's fabulous 40th last year, David is turning the big 4-0 on Saturday.

To mark the occassion David Beckham joined Instagram, and has already hit 2 million followers in a day. Something to do with his first Instagram - a topless selfie in bed.

The Beckham family are celebrating in Morocco and it's thought that pals Gordon and Tanya Ramsay, Tom Cruise, Dave Gardner and Liv Tyler are also heading to the resort to join in the party. Victoria has been taking toInstagram to share pictures of the clothesshe's thinking of packing, including a fuschia and burnt orange vintage YSL top. Jealous? Us? Never.
