Blake Lively Turns Fashion Designer! And She’s Already Showcasing Her Creations

Celebrities. They're never content with having just one job are they? Blake Lively is not only an actress, she also runs a lifestyle blog and now she's tried her hand at being a fashion designer.

New mum Blake posted two snaps to her Instagram showing off a couple of different designs she has worked on alongside Amour Vert. And the results are... er... not as good as we would have expected?

Blake is famously fashionable AND she styles herself but these designs are just a little... meh? Dated prints and a shapeless skirt, we thought better of the woman who once played the woman with the second most enviable wardrobe on TV (the first is obviously Carrie Bradshaw) Gossip Girl's Serena van der Woodsen.

However Blake seems pretty pleased with her efforts saying of the white and pink dress: 'I may not be able to draw worth a lick, but I am proud of this dress I co-designed with Amour Vert for @preserve_us. You better send me pics if you buy it! I want to share your photos!! #PRSRV so I see it…'

She then posted a second picture of her and a friend wearing a matching dress and jumpsuit saying: '#FashionFaceOff with the only woman who can make me look like a toddler @ofirajewelz Which do you guys like: Dress or jumpsuit?! I co-designed this collection too with the trusty Sam & Lavi. (I'm just boasting now because you guys fluffed me so much on the last post. Beware: don't feed the ducks flattery. It dangerously swells their ego. And tummies apparently. Someone pass the spanx).'
