Many know her as a former X Factor contestant, TV personality or a panellist on ITV's Loose Women, but Stacey Solomon is a mother to five too to: Zachary, 16, and Leighton, 12, along with Rex, 5, Rose, 3, and Belle, 1, who she shares with husband Joe Swash.
'It's always a challenge,' she says. 'Even when it's good, [parenthood] is a challenge, because you've got somebody's life in your hands.'
Having lived through the toddler and pre-teen stage with her eldest already, she's learnt to be more present with her youngest, Belle. But a fun (and challenging) quirk of having five children is that she's gone through nearly every stage of a child growing up, at the exact same time. But she wouldn't change any of it.
'I can enjoy parenthood more with the younger ones, because I know that that phase will soon be over, and I'll be into the next phase, and it does not last long.' It's the 'privilege of reflection', she says.
She also credits having 'the most incredible support system' around her for making it work. 'My family is my biggest privilege.'
For her, parenting is the biggest job she'll ever do and the biggest achievement of her life. 'You want to give it your absolute best, but it takes so many people and so much support. I say that's probably the biggest lesson I learned: not to put all the pressure on myself and expect myself to do everything from every single angle, because actually, it's good for them to get that same love and care from lots of different places.'
Still, like many parents she struggles with 'mum guilt', especially since she became a business partner with REHAB. haircare. The brand offers vegan cruelty-free products, including shampoo and conditioner sheets and hair oil capsules. Last week, it launched in Boots.
'This launch is really exciting for us, because when we started together in the business, a goal of ours was to be in retail, and we always aimed for somewhere like Boots.' The team had it on their mood boards and goals for the year, she says.
'To get the chance to be across over 200 stores in Boots is just mega for us,' she adds. 'It's just such a an iconic place to be, but also such an amazing space for our business and our brand to be in. We're so proud and excited.'

But on the flip-side, she's had to learn to adjust to this new priority in her life. 'I have to let go of some of that mum guilt of sometimes being on my phone, answering emails, looking at products and making sure we're doing the right research.'
Sometimes she worries about how good of a parent she's being as a result. 'But the truth of the matter is that I'm trying to make something that I really care about successful, and I hope that my children will see that, and then, in turn, want to do the best that they can do in the future.' Also, a big drive is the desire to provide for her kids.
Her advice for any mothers, whether working in a job or working to care for their children full-time, is to 'give yourself some grace'.
She stresses the importance of children seeing their parents' passion, even if it sometimes pulls you away from them sometimes. Ultimately, most parents want their children to find something they love in life, so 'seeing that every day [from their parents] can't be a bad thing', she says.
