We've all been there: face like a beetroot, panting away on the cross trainer. But according to a new report by MPs on the Commons’ Health Select Committee, 68 per cent do not take the recommended level of exercise of two and a half hours over the course of a week - with the fear of being the one struggling at the back being the biggest thing stopping them.
