Plenty of people are hooked on Starbucks but would you want the coffee chain to be a part of the biggest day of your life?
Imagine it’s your wedding day, you’ve just said ‘I do’ to the partner of your dreams – what’s the first thing you do? Head to Starbucks to get your photos taken of course!
Yes, you read that correctly: people are now so obsessed with Starbucks that they are stopping off at their local chains on their wedding day to pose for pictures. The unique trend can be seen on Instagram under the hashtag #StarbucksWedding where there are currently just over 100 photos dating back to 2012.
One couple took it a step further and actually took their vows inside a branch of the famous chain. DeAnna Dodson, 31, and Jordan Senz, 32, of Janesville, Wisconsin wed in a Starbucks on New Year's Eve and their vows included the statements: “I promise to love you a latte” and “I want to macchiato an honest woman out of you.”
Hmmm, we wonder what Frappuccino flavour goes best with wedding cake?
