There's cutting a few corners in the office - and then there's taking it to the next level of cunning. And, according to a new survey, many of us are quite happy to push the boundaries to their limits at work. The research, commissioned by business author Andy Harrington, which came to light this week, revealed that a shocking 8 in 10 managers admit occasionally taking the ideas of their subordinates and passing them off as their own. As a result, more than 93 per cent of the 1000 workers surveyed said that they harboured suspicions that their colleagues had gained an advantage on them by stealing ideas.
