Whether you're getting any or not, sex is inescapable. But, says a new survey, being saturated with it - in films, your latest TV box set craze; in books and advertising - is making us shy away from actually getting any.
Research by Relate released this week has revealed that, rather than being inspired by the so-called 'Fifty Shades effect', we're more intimidated by it. With our lives being constantly infiltrated by the idea of sex and how it 'ought' to be, some of us have ended up avoiding it altogether. In fact, of 6,000 British adults surveyed by YouGov, only 45 per cent said that they were 'fairly satisfied' with their sex lives and more than half had not had sex in the last month.
So, we're asking you - how satisfied are you? Let us know below.
