Who exactly is Xia Vigor?
Xia – full name Xiamar Sophia Vigor - is a seven-year-old actress who literally shut it down on a Filipino talent show called Your Face Sounds Familiar. She owned the show so hard that the videos of her Taylor Swift performance has caught major attention. We’re talking almost 1.5 million views on YouTube.
What even is Your Face Sounds Familiar?
So, Your Face Sounds Familiar is a singing competition over in the Philippines. According to the show’s website, the season that Xia appears in is a new kids edition that sees child stars(ish) impersonating some of the grown up ones. These kids aren’t rookies, they’re all pretty familiar with the whole showbiz thing and it shows.
So, where is Xia from?
Xia is reportedly from Exeter in the UK, however she seems to be based in the Philippines. Her *Your Face Sounds Familiar *spotlight bio cites her as the 'Daytime Princess' from Binangonan, Rizal (in the Philippines) and before appearing on the talent show Xia was in a range of programmes on the network, her biggest role seemingly as Princess Chavez in a series called Langit Lupa.

Has Taylor Swift seen Xia’s cover yet?
Swifty doesn’t seem to have publicly acknowledged Xia’s cover on any of her social media channels just yet, no. But true Taylor fans will know that’s not really her style. Last year when she saw 12-year-old Grace Vanderwaal’s performance on America’s Got Talent (Simon Cowell hailed her as the next Taylor Swift), Taylor sent her the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. And it's not unheard of for Taylor to go out of her way to thank/greet/say hello/crash weddings for fans. Who knows, maybe they'll do a duet of some sorts.
