This coming Monday marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Week. This year, Grazia is taking action to raise awareness with a new IGTV series on our Instagram channel, called ‘Where’s Your Head At? Presents: ‘Get (Your Head) Together with Grazia and Instagram.’ These sessions will be filled with tips, discussions and support around mental health, with the aim to help people maintain a healthy mindset during what is a challenging time for most.

We've got a great line-up that you won't want to miss. Each day, you will hear from special guests such as Alice Liveing, Trinny Woodall, Mother Pukka and many more. Here's a little bit more about what they will be touching on...

Alice Liveing on exercise and anxiety – Monday 4pm

Personal trainer Alice Liveing speaks to Grazia's Health & Beauty Director Joely Walker about how running, exercise and staying active can help reduce anxiety. Plus, there will be a few tips and tricks to keep you motivated, as well as advice on which workouts will work for you.

Trinny Woodall on dressing to boost your mood - Tuesday

Trinny discusses how influencers and celebs have been styling their way through lockdown, and how you can do it too. Offering some great styling tips, Trinny shows us how lockdown dressing doesn't have to be drab.

Amy Hart on mental health in lockdown – Wednesday 5pm

Mother Pukka on work/life balance – Thursday 11.15am
