The world’s eyes turned to London’s High Court today as the Wagatha Christie trial, with Rebekah Vardy vs Coleen Rooney, returned to court. Reporters flooded the wood panelled courtroom and waited in anticipation to hear what the footballers' wives would say as Rooney arrived in Gucci loafers and Vardy in large black sunglasses.

Once both lawyers had outlined their case, Vardy took to the stand surprisingly late in the day as Rooney’s barrister David Sherborne proceeded to ask her questions about a topic nobody could have predicted: Peter Andre’s penis.

The barrister began by asking Vardy if she respected other people’s privacy, which she confirmed she does. Sherborne then claimed he would demonstrate that Vardy in fact doesn’t respect privacy by quoting an interview she gave about Peter Andre to the News Of The World in 2004.

‘Peter’s hung like a small chipolata,' Sherborne read. ‘Shame he only lasts a few minutes…the smallest trouser equipment I’ve ever seen…he didn’t even attempt to satisfy me…he had absolutely no hair on his body…[it] wasn’t even worth the train fare.'

Rooney’s lawyer then asked Vardy: ‘Did you feel particularly strongly that the size of his [Andre's] manhood should be made public?’ She then claimed that the interview had been coercive, and she was ‘forced to say’ that Andre has ‘the smallest trouser equipment’.

When did Peter Andre and Rebekah Vardy date?

According to Vardy’s interview with the News Of The World in 2004, she slept with Andre after splitting from her first husband, Mark Godden. However, Godden has claimed there was infidelity, which led him to get ‘a ribbing’ at work, the Mirror reports.

‘There was no infidelity whilst she was married to Mark and once they agreed to separate, she went on to live her own life, as did Mark,’ Vardy’s spokesperson maintained at the time.

This isn’t the first time Andre’s bedroom performance has been used in the Wagatha Christie trial. Vardy filed documents to court in December 2019 claiming she had reached out to Andre to apologise but that he hadn’t replied.

Despite his silence, Andre appears to have taken the claims about his manhood well as he posted a picture of a woman with her leg inside a condom to his Instagram story today. ‘Woman puts condom on her leg to call out men who say they’re “too big to wear them”’ read the post he shared, to which he added the caption: ‘Yeah but to be fair she has a small leg so….’

Obviously, ‘Peter Andre’ is now trending on Twitter and nobody can quite get over the violation of having your (allegedly) small penis brought up in court: ‘Gotta feel for Peter Andre. No one deserves that sort of violation at 4PM on a Tuesday afternoon,’ wrote one user. ‘I hope they call Peter Andre to the stand,' another added.
