Sorry to break it to you, but if you're still relying on a bit of Micellar water and a blob of Nivea to sort your face out, then you've got a less impressive skincare regime than ten-year-old Mason Disick.
In a recent video interview with Harper's Bazaar, Kourtney Kardashian spoke about her nighttime skincare routine. She talked us through her rigorous routine, before she's about to hit the hay each night, but also revealed that she's been teaching the importance of selfcare to her three children, Mason, Penelope and Reign.
Reminiscing on her own childhood, Kourtney spoke of her mother Kris, and how she was bought up to learn about self care and taught lessons that she's now passing down to her own children. 'My mom has always instilled in us self-care and taking care of ourselves,' Kardashian said. '[She] always taught us, from young kids, when you get out of the shower you put on lotion. She taught us how to shave our legs.'
Kourtney shared that her eldest son Mason, has taken self care to another level, with his own skincare routine, as inspired by his mother's, and apparently he's loving it.
Kourtney said, 'Mason, even, I just went through a whole skincare routine with him,” the reality star said. “We started, we did a mask, we did everything, we wrote down all the steps and we put it in his drawer in his bathroom and he loves to do it and feel like, you know, he’s taking care of his skin.'
Kourtney added, 'I think that it is an important thing to teach girls and boys, how my mom taught us, to take care of ourselves,' Kardashian added.
The routine is clearly working, because Mason doesn't look a day over nine and three quarters.
