Drama, harsh words and bust ups among Love Islanders.... no, we're not talking about Olivia and Zara's beef. If you were wondering where Haris Namani was in last night’s Love Island then your sleuthing skills are top notch. The 21-year-old has reportedly been chucked out of the South African villa after a video of him punching someone on a boozy night out emerged online.

In the clip from last May in his hometown of Doncaster, which was first shared on Snapchat before being published by The Sun last night, Haris can be seen fighting with another man and knocking him to the ground.

The other man is left reeling after being punched in the face before Haris knocks him down with a second hit. During the second punch he shouts: ‘I'm not a bully, I'm not a f***ing bully,’ before standing over the man on the ground and saying to camera ‘On my mum's life...’

Observant viewers took to Twitter to ask where he had gone last night.

'Hold up, wait a minute... Something ain't right! Where's Haris??” someone said. 'Haris where you been?? Forgot Liv was even coupled up,' another wrote.

A third asked: 'Where was Haris in all of this tho loooooool,' while someone else added: 'Where's Haris gone and why are they not showing what he thinks of Liv constantly bothered about Tom?'

Haris later appeared the following morning in the villa bedroom, where he was seen cuddling with Olivia.

ITVbosses are said to be investigating their own vetting process. Insiders told The Sun that Haris has left the villa as part of a planned eviction, but it’s not clear yet what this means.

A Love Island spokesperson told the MailOnline: 'We would never comment on dumpings or show formats to avoid ruining the show for the viewers.'

A friend of Haris' told the newspaper: 'We were all surprised when we heard Haris was going on Love Island, he's got quite a bit of a temper on him and if someone says something he's more than prepared to have a fight.’

In the villa, he's currently coupled up with Olivia. What will this mean for her? This isn't the first news of drama involving Haris, he has already been involved in a heated chat with fellow islander Shaq Muhammad.

Over recent years the ITV2 show has made sure all contestants go through a vetting procedure checking their mental health and medical checks. Potential contestants also agree for their social media to be checked over.

Let’s see if this is discussed around the firepit tonight.
