Ever wondered how Victoria Secret models maintain their catwalk ready bodies? Yeah, us too… Well Hannah Saul, the Australian Supermodel has created a new fitness app, HanXFit. We sat down with her to find out all about it....

Grazia Daily: How did HanXFit come about?

"I have always been into health and fitness and have worked out with my personal trainer, Nick Trait, for years. I loved his training style so much that I wanted to share it with the world. Nick and I worked together to come up with HanXFit; an app that bring personal training to everyone!"

Grazia Daily: How did Nick influence you and your fitness regime?

"He has changed the way I train in terms of not thinking about numbers / reps - more so about technique and time periods which reflects in the HanXFit app."

Grazia Daily: What differentiates HanXFit from other fitness apps on the market?

"It’s different as it is a reflection of my lifestyle and me. All programs are what I do in the gym with Nick, and what I know works for me, so will hopefully work just as well for other women. It covers all target areas along with specific weighted workouts with beginner to advanced levels to suit everybody. There are also step-by-step picture instructions with a video for each exercise."

Grazia Daily: **How will this app help women in their everyday lives? **

"The app is designed for women who are on the go, or just simply need some help with their training. The workouts are 10-30 minutes so you do what you can in the time you have. There are also 3 eBooks in the app, which are done by a nutritionist for women who are after help with their diet and weight loss. I know as well as anyone that it is unrealistic to expect everyone to have 1 hour+ to train each day. There are some days when I am lucky to fit in 10 minutes of exercise! Like most people I also need to try to fit my workouts in around my busy schedule. That’s why we decided to stick with 10- 30 minute exercise blocks so that people who are short on time are not excluded. The app is also convenient because you have all of the workouts stored in one place, so you no longer have to worry about planning your sessions in advance!"

Some people still want a personal trainer, but don’t have £90 to spend on one; this app allows them the same experience but a fraction of the price (The App is free, with each workout costing only £2.99). So the majority of personal trainers properly hate me right now."

Grazia Daily: Hated by the small majority of personal trainers but loved by the majority of girls!

"Haha, totally! The app comes with a free workout go give you an example of how they work; the format of the workouts and the feel of the videos. There are three levels of each work out (beginners, intermediate and advanced) to you. There are gym workouts, kettle ball exercises, an abs routine, and load more, so there really is something to suit everyone."

Grazia Daily: Sounds achievable… What other features does the app have?

"Other than all the workouts, there are three eBooks that have been written by a nutritionist and my personal trainer; there are guidelines for healthy eating and a fat loss planner for girls looking to loose weight. There are also tons of tips for a healthy lifestyle and goal setting. In the first week it was launched, it already had 10 Million downloads."

Grazia Daily: Give us your favorite fitness tip

"Don’t put too much pressure on yourself. It’s all about doing what you can, when you can. People often set unrealistic goals for weight loss, but it’s about being active everyday and hopefully my app with help with that!"
