This mocktail speciality bar, Redemption has the best slogan, "Spoil yourself without spoiling yourself". Their apple mock-jito is a blend of muddled apple presse, fresh mint and lime, served over ice and toipped with soda. Sounds delicious to us!

Their Lost Valentino is a combination of Lemon sherbet with chilled green tea, smacked mint, a touch of orange and spiced with nutmeg.
