If you've got fitness on your mind right now (and with most likely a dozen Lycra-clad colleagues beside you, it's hard not to), then we've got good news. The charitable folks over at Nike are launching a week of free (yes, you read that right) training classes in world-class facilities - and there's no purchase necessary.
As part of Nike Women’s Week, the brand are rolling out classes to help you up your game - whether that's training for an event or just shaping up. From Monday January 25 to Friday January 29 Nike Women will open world-class training facilities in London just for us ladies. The classes on offer will include training at legendary bootcamp, Barry's, as well as boutique fitness classes like Pyscle, Core Collective and Frame.
If getting outdoors is more your bag, then the women's-only Nike+ Run Club sessions will be right up your street - and for any sneakerheads out there, there'll also be a lock-in at their King's Road women's store to celebrate the launch of the new Air Force 1 Flyknit.
To join in the fun and get more info, head to Nike and sign up to the Nike Women’s Edit. Sign up opens today, and we're sure the spots will go quick, so fastest finger first.
