INGREDIENTS
125g white flour
125g wholemeal flour
1tsp instant yeast
1tsp maca powder
1 tbsp olive oil
30g finely chopped vanillary white chocolate
3 tbsp plum jam
1tbsp marsala
4 large purple plums
Handful of halved walnuts
Dusting of vanilla sugar
METHOD
Mixed flour in a bowl with instant yeast, salt and maca powder. Stir in 150ml warm water and the olive oil until the mixture comes together in a ball.
Knead for about 10 minutes on an oiled surface, adding white chocolate towards the end.
Place into an oiled bowl and leave to rise for an hour or so.
Divide the mixture into 4 balls and roll as thinly as possible into rounds. Place on lined baking sheets.
Warm plum jam and marsala in a small pan. Slice plums into thin slices and spread a tbsp of the jam mixture over the base of each pizza.
Lay the plum slices over the jam then scatter some walnuts over the top.
Dusted a little vanilla sugar over the top.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 200°C for 12 minutes. Serve immediately.
