Food: we don’t just eat it, we cook it, dream about it, and – thanks to apps, social media and new tech – interact with it in so many more ways than ever before. With our ‘Future of Food’ panel, we’ll take apart the cult appeal of what we put in our mouths and the people who’ve made a name from making it; how digital has influenced the business of food and what the future looks like; plus how social media has changed the way we get inspired, make food and talk about it.
