The Classic Frosé
For the perfect frosé, choose a full-bodied rosé and freeze it for at least 6 hours. In the meantime, bring 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 water to boil until the sugar dissolves. Add strawberries and remove from the heat, letting the strawberry juice infuse the sugar to make a syrup. Strain the syrup through a sieve and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Add lemon juice and blend all together with the frozen rosé until smooth. (Courtesy of Bon A Appétit.)
