Six Second Recipe Guide To Spicy Coconut Kale Crisps

Every Friday she will be posting easy-peasy, quick-as-a-flash recipes that are a doddle to do. And because we don't want to take up any more of your time, here's our scrumptious Spicy Coconut Kale Crisps.

SPICY COCONUT KALE CRISPS

Serves 4

Shopping list:

All the ingredients below are from Waitrose:

Waitrose Organic Curly Kale 180g £1.50

Groovy Food Virgin Coconut Oil 283ml £6.00

Maldon Sea Salt 250g £1.80

Tabasco 57ml £1.89

Essential Waitrose Greaseproof Paper £1.48

Waitrose Cooking 35cm Baking Sheet £9.50

Method:

  1. HEAT the oven to 200c/180c fan/gas 6.

  2. LAY 100g of your kale onto a baking sheet covered in greaseproof paper.

  3. MELT a tablespoon of coconut oil in the microwave. (This takes around 10 seconds).

  4. POUR the coconut oil over the kale.

  5. SPRINKLE a pinch of salt and a little tabasco depending on how spicy you would like your crisps.

  6. BAKE for around 15 minutes until crispy.

  7. ENJOY with friends as a healthy substitution for popcorn.
