Every Friday she will be posting easy-peasy, quick-as-a-flash recipes that are a doddle to do. And because we don't want to take up any more of your time, here's our scrumptious Spicy Coconut Kale Crisps.
SPICY COCONUT KALE CRISPS
Serves 4
Shopping list:
All the ingredients below are from Waitrose:
Maldon Sea Salt 250g £1.80
Tabasco 57ml £1.89
Method:

HEAT the oven to 200c/180c fan/gas 6.

LAY 100g of your kale onto a baking sheet covered in greaseproof paper.

MELT a tablespoon of coconut oil in the microwave. (This takes around 10 seconds).

POUR the coconut oil over the kale.

SPRINKLE a pinch of salt and a little tabasco depending on how spicy you would like your crisps.

BAKE for around 15 minutes until crispy.

ENJOY with friends as a healthy substitution for popcorn.
