Malibu Clear Colada
50ml Malibu
50ml Coconut Water
25ml pineapple juice
Method: Shake all ingredients together in shaking tin and strain into a martini glass.
Port Tonic
⅓ Graham’s Fine White Port
⅔ tonic water (we recommend Fever Tree)
Method: Stir all ingredients together and garnish with a lemon wedge.
Whiskey Mac
40ml TINCUP American Whiskey
20ml Ginger Wine
Method: Stir over ice & garnish with a lemon twist
ABSOLUT Cherrys ‘N’ Cola
¼ ABSOLUT Cherrys
¾ Cola
Method: Build in a highball glass over cubed ice. Garnish with an orange wheel
Four Pillars Negroni
45ml Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin
45ml Campari
45ml Red Cocchi Vermouth De Torino
Orange Segment
Method: Layer ingredients over ice in a short glass. Squeeze in a twist of orange. Mix with a spoon
St Germain Fizz
1.5 parts St Germain
2 parts sparkling wine
2 parts soda
Twist of lemon
Method: Simply add all ingredients to a carafe or jug and stir well. Add a twist of lemon.
Star & Tonic
1 part Star of Bombay
1 part Fever Tree Indian tonic water
1 piece orange zest
Method: Place ice cubes into an empty glass and stir rapidly until the glass is chilled. Add the Star of Bombay and stir several times to chill liquid slightly. Add tonic water. Add the orange zest.
Coconut Crusher
50ml 1800 Coconut
75ml pineapple juice
Wedge of lime
Method: Shake the ingredients hard and strain into a tall glass. Top with soda & garnish with desiccated coconut rim.
