Chinese New Year falls on February 19th in 2015 (The year of the goat) and the hottest Chinese chef of the moment Ching-He Huang (above) has collaborated with Harvey Nicholsto create an delicious, limited edition menu.

Ching says, 'I am extremely excited to be working exclusively with Harvey Nichols to curate their Chinese New Year menu. Together we will be creating a fabulous collaboration for Chinese New Year.'

Renowned internationally as an ambassador for Chinese cuisine and for delivering exciting dishes which appeal to East and West alike, Ching has created a diverse and enticing "Yin Yang," menu consisting of six sumptuous dishes and three traditional “Kai Wei Cai,” (appetisers), using the finest specialty ingredients, fusing modern flavours with Chinese heritage.

Don't worry if you are still in January detox mode because Ching has created 'Longevity Noodles', which is a delicious blend of Misua noodles, garlic, salt, sesame oil and garlic flowering chives. If on the other hand you are looking to treat yourself her Golden scallop and prawn wontons will not disappoint.
