There's plenty of things Londoners are generally deficient in - Vitamin D, fresh air and a seat on the Central line, for starters - but it looks like our diets really could use a helping hand.

Free-to-use health and wellbeing app Lifesum surveyed the data from 30,000 of their London-based users, who enter daily food diaries, to work out what the typical Londoner is lacking in their diet.

The nutrients we're all falling short on are apparently Vitamin E, Zinc, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Folate, Thiamine, and Omega 3 - to name a few.

Of course, they have a solution to your dietary shortcomings - they've teamed up with juice bar Crussh to create a juice, called 'Lifesum Green', which contains all the nutrients you're most likely lacking. Hurrah!

Made using coconut water, kale, spinach, apple, kiwi, pineapple, pear and Omega-3 oil, the juice will be available from all 30 Crussh stores in London from Janurary 2016. Costing £3.95 for 325ml, this is a cheat's way to getting your 5-a-day, and then some.

Frida Harju, Lifesum's nutritionist, also looked at the major health issues affecting young professionals living in London. According to responses from users, these included stress, tiredness, excessive intake of alcohol (gulp), and weight issues.

Frida said, “We noticed from the data analysis that people in the city often lack vital nutrients. That triggered the idea of developing a nutritional juice together with Crussh, as a way to help improve the average Londoner’s lifestyle and overall health.”

“Rather than ask individuals to change their behaviour and current habits, which can be incredibly difficult to do quickly, we wanted to develop a drink that could be consumed on-the-go, and that Londoners could add to their existing diet. As such, the Lifesum Green juice includes all of the food groups that the average urbanite is lacking.”

Bottoms up, eh?
