Following their popular Christmas menu and the successful opening of three new vegetarian stores across London, Pret are back and they have revamped their menu for the new year. According to an article from the Metro, from 4th January until the 5th March 2018 customers can enjoy a variety of new dishes - perfect for getting your veggie fix!

First up is the Tip-Top Hot Pot, which comes in two varieties:

Chicken and Butternut Squash Stew (£6.50)

Vegan Cauli and Sweet Potato Dhal (£6.25)

Not only this, but with each Hot Pot you get a little side pot of spinach, a slice of lemon and a sprinkle of toasted seeds (known as ‘the topper’).

If hot pots aren’t really your thing, there is always the Falafel, Avo and Chipotle Flatbread for £3.99, which also has a vegan version.

And finally, for those with more of a sweet tooth, the creators at Pret will be adding the Vegan Apple and Almond Butter Bowl to the menu, retailing at just £1.99 each.

With all this new food, it has never been so easy to take care of your health and keep to those tricky new year's resolutions. But it doesn't stop there. Not only can you look after your body, but you can also look after the environment all at the same time! Pret's new initiative means that if you bring in a reusable cup to any one of their stores, you can get 50p off your coffee order. Discounted coffee, saving the environment and looking after yourself - what more could you want?
