Are you bored of the non-milk milk options on offer for you out there?
As it stands, if you're not a milk drinker for whatever reason, there's plenty of options available to you to put in your tea and cereal instead. Stuff like coconut milk, soya milk, rice milk, oat milk, almond milk, hemp milk, hazelnut milk, banana milk, cashew milk, quinoa milk, pumpkin seed milk (really) and many, many more.
Now, just in case you're bored of all of them, allow us to introduce PEA MILK.
American company Ripple Foods (whose logo looks a lot like it says 'nipple' - maybe it's intentional) are the latest to dip their toe in the hipster milk game with their 'nutritous plant based milk' - the main ingredient of which is peas. Nipple milk (sorry) is gluten free, soy free, GMO free, vegan,nut free and of course, dairy free.
According to Nipple (sorry again), their milk has eight times more protein than nut milk, 50% more calcium than normal milk, more vitamin and iron and half the sugar of normal milk.
Obviously you can get hold of nipple milk at Whole Foods in the US currently (where else) so whether it *actually * works over cereal and in tea remains to be seen. Still, worth keeping on your radar? Maybe? Nipples?
