Not blowing my own trumpet (but I am) or anything, but I’m a bit of an ice cream pro. Living in Italy for a year, which can also translate into ‘spending a lot of time taste testing gelato’ means I have a unhealthy – although I think it’s perfectly healthy to eat as much ice cream as one wants – obsession with ice cream. And last night the museum of dreams opened it’s doors in New York, I have never been more jealous. The Museum Of Ice Cream pop up is open from July 29 until August 31st, and it's already sold out, crap.

I unfortunately missed my flight to New York to attend…lol joke I’m really poor, but if like me you just sat at home scrolling through the #museumoficecream tag on Instagram, here’s some of the best bits to get you through your day the gelato day. Then go buy an ice cream, cause you deserve it.

Free ice cream is, of course, included with admission. Gimme
