Psychic Burger is the London burger bar headed up by (read it and weep) 21-year-old William Dennard that’s found its home at Birthdays, that Dalston hangout frequented by loveable scamp Harry Styles. To kick off his new position as head chef, William’s taken inspiration from that whole sorry horsemeat affair of last year and created a horse burger that made up of a 'fully traceable and ethically sourced Horse Meat Patty with Hay Smoked American cheese and ranch dressing.' The burger can also be pimped up with a with 'a béchamel sauce revisiting the retro '70s Findus Crispy Pancake served in a brioche bun.' Erm, yum? We think?
William’s not the first restaurateur to experiment with exotic meats – remember the lion tacos in Florida last year? Yeah, we didn't fancy those much. There are some meats we'd be up for having a taster of though – kangaroo perhaps? We've heard it tastes like those cheapy frankfurters; which obviously means it's delicious. Here's some places around the UK that you can dine out on lions and tigers and bears. OH MY.
