If December's kicking your arse just a little and the thought of one more Christmas party is enough to break you down and bring you out into cold sweats then why not consider switching up your drinks to get you through these few last days...

With cinnammon, nutmeg, apple and lemon, this rum hot toddy from the guys at Your Home Bartender is pretty much medicinal.*

*obviously it's not medicial, it's booze.

Ingredients

Fresh Apple Juice (never from concentrate) 250ml (or enough to fill your mug of choice to about 3/4 full)

Juice of 1 lemon

Double shot of Spiced Rum

Cinnamon Stick

Garnish

Grated Nutmeg

Apple Slice
