Are you addicted to Ferrero Rocher? Us too. Unfortunately, they’re rarely Pound Shop bargains (3 for a quid just aint cutting it), but there’s an easy fix for unlimited hazelnutty, delicious goodness. Also useful if you're not going home for Easter this weeknd and suspect your mum may have forgotten to send you an Easter egg (insert crying emoji face here).

Plus, you only need four ingredients:

Chocolate chips (I used dark), 1 cup of Nutella, 1 cup of hazelnuts, a bunch of cheapo wafers.

Crush wafers with a spoon.

Chop up some hazelnuts, but save some to place in the centres for later. If you’re fancy, you can use a food processor for this.

Combine the hazelnuts with the crushed wafers.

Add Nutella and stir.

Shape into little round balls, placing a whole hazelnut in the middle.

Pop into the fridge for an hour.

Melt the chocolate chips and coat the truffles in melted chocolate. Leave to cool in fridge.

Enjoy!
