Today, there's a big ass vote going on. If you haven't yet voted, make sure you do. Because it's your country, and your say is important.
If you're wavering on which way to go, perhaps take into account the harsh words of reality from Majestic Wines boss Rowan Gormley, who is a bit of a dishy dad type.
According to Rowan, a Brexit would mean you paying more for wine. Which is absolutely unacceptable.
'If a Brexit does happen and that results in the sustained fall in value of the pound,' he says, 'all imported products will have to go up in cost over time and wine will be no exception to that.'
TBF, we already knew this was a possibility, it's just when Rowan says it as bluntly as that. That's when it hurts the most.
Rowan's not too worried about the impact of a Brexit on Majestic Wine's profits though because, according to The Independent, every other seller will experience the same problem.
Which means that all wine sellers will put their prices up and and you'll be forced to pay through the nose wherever you purchase your plonk.
Farewell cheap wine.
