If it’s Sunday and you’re not out there brunching then you need to take a good long look at yourself. This stylish, bright Fitzrovia dining room has definite Sunday vibes. And for good reason. Finish off with chocolate chilli and caramel doughnuts to share and leave £48 poorer and drunker.

Anyone who’s taken a train through Balham will have spotted Exhibit all the way from the tracks, and if you were waiting for a reason to go in, you’ve got one. You’ll be ridiculously full by the end of it so if you can’t make it home, crawl downstairs to their on-site cinema to let your food (and booze) go down.

Rum fans should go for the ‘Whit Night in Taipei’, and if you’re feeling brave, try the ‘Bloody “Hell” Mary’, £16 and £17 respectively for a bottomless hour of beverages.

Every weekend Megan’s offers an hour and a half of bottomless prosecco, bloody mary’s or Pimms from 2 pm right through until 6 pm if you’re not much of an early riser. It’s £17 on top of your bill when and only available when you order a main meal, but you won’t need much persuading when you take a look at the menu. If it’s not the baked eggs and sweet potato toast, we’re going for the grilled halloumi with three of their house salads.
