Almond milk. Soy milk. Coconut Milk. Oat milk. Rice milk. There are lots of alternatives to your classic dairy milk, and now there’s one more that’s dead easy and cheap to make yourself.

Banana milk.

And it’s not the weird, fake banana flavoured type, either (I’m looking at you Yazoo and Frijj). This is just the good stuff.

How to make banana milk:

1 frozen banana

1 cup of water

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

pinch of sea salt

The beauty is, you can add in whatever the hell you want too (hello, chocolate banana milk). Not only is it it going to save you quite a bit of cash, it’s good for you too because bananas contain a load of great things like fibre, potassium, magnesium.

You’ll basically feel like you’re drinking a milkshake every time you have it. We’re into it.
