Spinach is the original, and best superfood. Remember Popeye? He downed cans of spinach like they were shots of Glen's Vodka and he was a fresher on the first rugby night out of the year. Spinach did him loads of good. He got weird shaped muscles and got to snog Olive Oyl, who was a total babe.
