Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell and Gogglebox: three things we <3 but never thought we would ever see all together. But thanks to the amazing people behind the Stand Up To Cancer campaign, the pair, alongside Noel Gallagher, popped up on our screens plonked on a blue velvet sofa, drinking Peroni beer (although we never actually see them drink) and eating popcorn off of a coffee table of Mojo and Vogue magazines. (If you didn't see it on Friday night, watch it here.)
Capturing a little bit of what it must've been like during the days when Kate lived with Noel IRL – when Kate admitted she would steal his Monster Munch and Pot Noodles after a long night – it also told us a lot about the threesome. Such as…
Kate Moss likes to get down to X Factor
Yup, she'll dance alright.
[object Object]
Naomi Campbell is clearly not an X Factor fan
And she's not above giving the television a dirty look, either. ** She exposed herself as a total X Factor newbie by calling out how 'Downton Abbey' Chloe Jasmine was before getting shot down by Kate who corrected her and said: 'Nah, she's not Downton Abbey, though, isn't she Essex!?'
Naomi laughs slightly like a Bond villain
Very subtly and with a knowing glint in her eye. This was in response to Kate's Essex comment BTW.
Naomi is a head-bobber; Kate is a head swinger
Everyone dances differently when they're seated so now you can either say you're a Kate or a Naomi. We're a definite Kate. Kate is also obsessed with Andrea Faustini and is the kind of viewer who will announce to everyone that they need to wait and see the vocal magic that is about to happen. (Despite not 100 per cent knowing herself. She's got faith.)
Kate genuinely gets surprised by the moves that appear on Strictly Come Dancing
She gasps and will exclaim to the room, 'Oh. My. God. Did you see that!?' as she does when Mark Wright pulls off some Paso Doble moves while looking 'so Clark Kent'.
Conclusion: we** want to spend every Saturday night in with Kate Moss from this moment onwards.
