Brrr. If it’s cold enough for black tights, it’s cold enough to stop trying to exercise in the great outdoors, amiright? But, you can’t afford a gym membership, you say? The park’s free, you say? Well, we’ve done some digging and found the cheapest (and credible) gyms across the nation. Some of them don’t even require you to sign up for membership, so hoorah, you won’t have to feel guilty for those times you just can’t be bothered. But, If gymming for you means sweating it all out in a sauna and then chilling out in a cafe, these aren’t for you. (They have to save money, somehow...)

With 50 gyms around the city including Brixton’s Recreation Centre and Hackney’s Kings Hall Leisure Centre, you can pay a mere £3 for a single visit, meaning you have the flexibility to go anywhere you want to go to or you can buy a monthly membership from £19.95. C’mon, that’s like the price of one jumper.
