Inner city music festivals are just the best, right? They mean you can spend 12 hours watching your fave bands/DJs, feeling totally Woodstock and drinking cider from a paper cup before going home to your own warm bed afterwards. Mmm duvet. This weekend's a big one for middle-of-town gigs with Lovebox taking place on Victoria Park in London. Heading there tomorrow? Here's a guide to what to what to throw on in the morning...
1. Say no to face paint
Unless you're totally fierce and would wear face paint in a non-festival situation, steer well clear. Your glitter butterfly make-up might make you feel like Vanessa Hudgens while hanging out by the mainstage at Glasto, but it'll make you feel like an accidental children's entertainer while walking through East London. Trust us, we've been there..
2. Take a light waterproof
It's going to be super hot this weekend, but there's a chance of rain on Saturday. Opt for a pac-a-mac, cagool, or lightweight waterproof. Topshop have some hip translucent ones at the moment. That way you'll be prepared for a downpour.

3. Don't wear wellies unless it's going to be really wet
And even then opt for green or black ones - Alexa looked super chic in her farmer ones at Glasto. If it's not that rainy, opt for a sturdy pair of actual boots you don't mind getting muddy.
4. Going on a night out after? Maybe think about a change of clothes
Or face walking round town at 11pm on Saturday night looking like you thought the best way to accessorise for an evening at Tiger Tiger was with mud.

5. Do dungarees
Perfect for layering. Can be worn with or without tights. AND aren't as much of a festival cliche as denim shorts.
6. And a backpack
Bum bags and backpacks are the ideal way to keep your valuables safe and while leaving your hands free for throwing shapes.

7. Don't think you have to go boho
Maxi dresses get muddy and flower crowns are no good for a downpour. Mix things up with leather, Breton stripes or gothic lace.
8. Take a jumper
We hate to sound like your mum but when the festival finishes and you find yourself in an hour-long queue for a taxi you're probably going to get a bit chilly. Tie a comfy knit or long-sleeved top round your waist.
