Meanwhile, those pursuing a more traditional take on this trend, should look the streets of the Big Apple where many are stuffing their straight legged jeans into knee-grazing boots.

To ensure this trend feels innately 2019 (not 1989) step away from the skinny jeans. If this look reaches the mainstream, perhaps it will pull the spray-on silhouette back into the limelight with it, but until then, a roomier trouser looks endlessly more modern.
