From signature military styles to must-have mini skirts, there was something for every Marant devotee this season. Here are the 5 things which we loved…

1. Zip it...

There were fisherman knits and Bretons a-plenty but our favourite wooly styles were chunky rollnecks, zipped closed at the neck. They might remind us a bit of our uncle in the eighties, but actually, that's a good thing, ok?

2. Just The One

Earrings hung low and lovingly skimmed the shoulder, but the rules are simple: the Marant girl should wear only one.

3. Take The Higher Ground

The high life! (Jason Llyod Evans)

Be-gone unforgiving hipster trousers and let's celebrate as the higher waistband is officially back! Extended waistbands were seen on minis and skinny pants. And breathe.....

4. In The Navy

Navy was the colour of choice (Jason Llyod Evans)

In every sense of the word, navy was all over this show. From Breton knits and inky blue sweaters to naval buttons decorating everything from bottoms, to collar bones, to boots.

5. Frilling

Plenty of frills and no spills at Isabel Marant! (Getty)

Model Anja Rubick couldn't have looked more ideal leading the finale in a white mini outfit tipped with little ruffles which moved prettily in waves. We approve.
