When we first learnt that Inditex is set to open the world's largest store, we truly believed that nothing could ever top the groundbreaking news.
But now, it's come to our attention that there's an entire section on the Zara website that we never even knew existed. And the best part? It's dedicated to must-have buys at a fraction of the standard £39.99 price tag. Unsurprisingly, it's where only true Zara fanatics shop.
The not-so-secret-anymore tab entitled 'Special Prices' is sandwiched between 'Fragrances' and 'Gift Cards'. And the category features never-seen-before items which boast price tags starting from £4.99. Yes, you read that correctly.
We're talking must-have mules, slogan-emblazoned tees and dresses which boast supersized sleeves aplenty. We don't know about you but we're a little embarrassed that we didn't realise it existed sooner...
These are the must-have items to add to your shopping basket, pronto:
The Corset Belt
We'll be teaming ours with a box-fresh tee, black flares and babouche shoes this spring. Spring-proof the look with a denim jacket draped across the shoulders and a miniature handbag in tow.
The Minimal Co-Ords
This monochrome two-piece is everything we've ever wanted and more. This season we'll be donning the co-ords with a bold lip, backless mules and stacked jewellery. We challenge you to find a more work-to-drinks look than this. We didn't think so...
The Slogan Tee
Yes, the Spanish giant has proven once more that Zara is the master at producing could-be-designer pieces at high street prices. We'll be half-tucking this retro-inspired number into flared jeans and accessoring with yellow-tinged aviators.
The Bell-Sleeve Dress
Our obsession with dresses which boast extraordinarily supersized sleeves continues to grow. And this season, we're swaying towards a 'tougher' aesthetic. Accessorise with a corset belt and stacked jewellery.
The 'Going Out' Top
Remember when we told you that the nineties 'going out' top had made an unanticipated comeback? Well, we cannot wait to get our hands on this sheer tee. We'll be layering a lace bralet beneath and finishing with a faux-leather mini or high-waisted flares. Just make sure to leave the butterfly clips and body glitter at home...
