Tory Burch Takes Her Buoyant Elegance To Harrods In A New Shop-In-Shop Opening

Those familiar with the work of the New York-based designer Tory Burch will know of the sense of grown-up cool that permeates the brand’s collections. After two decades in the business, the stalwart of American fashion, whose aesthetic is rooted in the relaxed elegance of American sportswear, has garnered a fervid fandom that flocks to the brand for its uncompromising quality, simplicity and craftsmanship. The good news, in another cross-atlantic coup, the brand has opened another bricks and mortar retail location on UK turf, with a new shop-in-shop in London’s iconic department store Harrods, offering new season brand staples from now until early 2026.

The expansion has been a long time coming: Burch first started trading with the Harrods in 2008. Since then, the brand has opened several monobrand stores across the UK’s capital, including a flagship on Regent Street, which this new shopping destination sits in line with.

Offering seasonal drops, the new boutique opened last month, stocked with one of Tory Burch’s strong suits: a summer collection. Offering respite from the unpredictable English summer weather, the selection currently available in-store is accompanied by a sunshine-filled campaign, which sees campaign star Emily Ratjakowski travel to Mexico City - together with the photographer Oliver Hadlee Pearch - exploring the city’s female-run restaurants, modern architecture, all whilst dressed in collection’s graphic prints, hand-crafted textures and vibrant colours.

And Ratajkowski isn’t the only fan of the brand, from Uma Thurman to Naomi Watts, who frequently sit front row at the designer’s New York fashion week show, to the millions of wearers of the iconic T Monogram collection - Burch draws in the crowds. So, if you’ve got a shopping trip pencilled in, or are in need for a warm weather top-up, pay a visit to the fourth floor of Harrods and get your stylish summer fix.
