With its capacious size and stealth-wealth credentials (read: no obvious logos or hardware save for a pair of side buckles), the Margaux has become a byword for chic. The only problem? Not only does she command a four-figure price tag, but she's not easy to snap up.

Luckily, the high street has clearly been inspired by the bag's quiet luxury appearance, with significantly more affordable versions that subtly pay homage to Margaux. Mango's bowling bag, meanwhile, is the perfect office bag - and comes with a detachable shoulder strap for ease (£49.99).

Margaux's most popular iteration might be suede, a fabric that is most definitely having a moment this autumn in all iterations.
